A 35m2 apartment on the third floor of a typical Ligurian house with a painted facade. Completely renovated in 2011, the tastefully furnished apartment with Wifi and safe consists of a living room with a window overlooking Piazza Lavagna and a double sofa bed. Another double bed is located on the mezzanine as a sleeping area. Also available is a high-tech bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 people with a cot on request. A heat pump, which acts as an air conditioner in summer, ensures the right temperature in every season. In front of the Sole 3 apartment, under the same management, are the Sole 2 apartments for 4 people and Sole 1 for 2 people. A 10-minute walk from Sole Resort is a garage where you can safely park your car. And then go on foot, perhaps during a shopping tour, to explore Genoa: Ducal Palace, Via Garibaldi with the Palazzi Rolli, the Old Port with its world-famous aquarium and the Children's City. Don't miss a walk along the Corso Italia or Anita Garibaldi promenade in Genoa Nervi. And in the late afternoon, Happy Hour in one of the many bars in the historic center, known for its Movida, following the example of Madrid, where an aperitif is accompanied by so many delights that dinner becomes almost superfluous. And for those still hungry, indulge next to Il Sole Resort in the typical Genoese restaurants. A trip to Genoa is recommended all year round thanks to the mild climate of the Riviera. Especially during the Christmas period (shops open even on Sundays) as well as for the sales in July and January/February. Genoa is also an ideal location to explore the Cinque Terre, Portofino.
